Shipping times
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking is provided automatically once the label is created.
Packaging
Singles ship in penny sleeves + top loaders. Graded slabs and sealed product are bubble-wrapped and boxed.
Free shipping thresholds
Free shipping starts at $150 for everyone, then drops as you rank up: Silver $130, Gold $120, Platinum $110, Diamond $100, Mythic $50, Arisen $50.
Returns window
Unopened sealed product and undamaged raw items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Graded cards and coins are final sale.
Rank discount minimum
Percentage discounts (Silver 5%, Gold 6%, Platinum 7%, Diamond 8%, Mythic 9%, Arisen 10%) only apply when your order subtotal is over $300.
Return conditions
- Sealed product: must be unopened and in original packaging.
- Raw cards / coins: must be returned in the same condition they were sent.
- Graded items: final sale unless the case is cracked or the grade was misrepresented by us.
- Marketplace items: follow the seller's listed return policy and our escrow dispute process.
