Escrow protection
Buyer funds are held securely until the item is delivered and accepted. Sellers don't get paid until buyers get their item.
Verified sellers
ID verification is required to sell seriously — and it's the only path to Trusted status. Trusted sellers (verified + 10 successful sales) pay 10% instead of 15% and release funds faster.
Fees
We take a 15% marketplace fee. Trusted sellers — ID verified with 10+ successful sales — pay 10%. No hidden buyer fees.
Disputes
If something arrives not as described, open a dispute from your order history. We review evidence from both sides and release funds fairly.
Seller tiers
Identity verified. 15% fee, 10-day hold, and eligible to become Trusted.
ID verified with 10+ successful sales. 10% fee. Funds release 2 days after delivery.
25+ successful sales, under 5% disputes. 10% fee. Featured listings and fastest payouts.
Prohibited items
